    The challengesManagement worst don't know how to plan and manage.only find fault and pin point to other rather than solve issue.operation and planning is the worst I've ever seen.always blame other rather than solve problem.a lot of taichi master in this company.turnover very high for executive to management level.think twice before joining this company.
