    The good thingsVery considerate management with good colleagues. You will surely feel like family in Bentley Systems.
    The challengesThe organization keeps moving management staff too frequently till you lose track of who is doing what. Reporting chain changes too.

    The good thingsPositive vibes and supportive colleagues always willing to help each other even from other team/department. No manager to monitoring 24 hours because the culture here is like trust each other.
    The challengesVirtually contact via email and calling with colleagues from other countries sometimes can have misunderstanding and problem to set time for calling meeting

    The good thingsNo 24 hours monitoring from the manager because the work culture here is like trust each other and other the schedule or time here is so flexible. Colleagues are so supportive and willing to help each other even from different team.
    The challengesSometimes need to contact colleagues virtually because work with people all around the world and the time different sometime effect our work. Contact virtually via email or calling sometimes can have misunderstanding. High people in company's hierarchy are not really care about their staff problems.

    The good thingsSuper work life balance, no expectation on working after office hours. Nice office environment at Paradigm Mall Freedom to work based on own way Everyone job scopes cover more than one country, good exposure and learning
    The challengesmanagers normally not in the same location, the individual must be super independent to be able to work alone and get help via the portal. hard to understand what other colleagues are doing as there is no common boss between.

    The good thingsNew industry to me, work with regional team members, generous snack and food supply in the pantry including fruits, milk, biscuits and other beverages.
    The challengesToo much office politics and gossips for a small company (less than 20 staff) like that. No top management sitting in KL office makes above scenario even worse. Also there is no proper career planning--hire as you like and make a role redundant the next..
