    The good thingsLearn a lot, from scratch to strategic. Got learn full view of my area. Can claim for overtime since work had to be done on schedule. If not, will be bring up so many issue. The working environment with good coulleage makes working flow more comfortably. Staff provided with B-card which got discount on many outlets under Berjaya group. Good increment and medical insurance.
    The challengesTo tackle new issue usually cost times which force me ro work longee hour. Even i have to come on weekends to finish the workloads. To put extra effort to learn new things especially when the company migrate to new systems. I have to work double since the parallel job need to be done on schedule.

    Challenge working in finance sector.
    The good thingsIssue bulky of payment in cheque mode. Learn how to do payment in TT. Input data into system every month closing. Updating fuel summary every month. Updating passenger manifest weekly into the system. Everybody working in one team whatever happened.
    The challengesThe challenging part when all the flying crew submit the claim form and the cheque for 50+ staffs need to be done by one day for early processing because lots of vendor payment is queuing behind and i manage to issue cheque/TT, input the invoice details into the system and submit to the superior in one time.

    The good thingsGood thing about the employer was to hire well experienced employees for their upcoming project but didnt \"berjaya\" implementing the project, thus leading to retrenchment with 24hrs notice and one month compensation.
    The challengesThere were no proper communication system and hired employees for the said project were no guide well on what was really going on pending the implementation thus one by one employed staffs start leaving the company.

    The good thingsI enjoyed working inn Quality Department because I learned a lot by doing internal inspection and auditing so that every department operate their duties in compliance with aviation objective and regulation authority. Besides that working with Quality manager to audit external company such as vendors and third party company.
    The challengesThe challenges I had faced were some departments have lack of cooperation and poor management. As Quality Department I have to make sure all the department comply with aviation regulation and give them notice to work on something and make it done as per company objectives
