    Poor management in managing company. There are many issue.
    The good thingsSalary is low, employee benefit is not good, have to work late hours.
    The challengesEvery issue blame to worker. Manager only want good news that can show off to top management. If not management will find extra work for you to stay back until at night.

    The good thingsfriendship with you team, that among your surrounding, but senior staff is kindda weird, they dont like change!
    The challengesSenior staff and their management team esp from corporate office like to play politic. The GM dont know how to separate actual work and NOT work.

    The good thingsA freedom to reach your potential. Very good upline. For F&B, we have many outlet serving different types of food, so it provide you a base to learn different thing. The guest here very much a different layer, from family group to VIP, so you get chance to meet different type of people.

    The challengesHave to sacrifice personal life. And it's in the middle of jungle. Nothing is easy to get in the case of emergency. School holiday will be a round the clock duty. Have to handle 3 properties all together . And others in 16000 ha .

    great place to start your career
    The good thingsi love the environment, the community, the foods, the credibility of my department manager that makes me stay. hence, times square is quite near to my house, which i can go to work by train. the hospitality and commitment given among co-workers were extremely nice.
    The challengesi love to cooperate as a team but there's some people who were selfish and lack of speed in finishing their work. working overtime for this company are not payable. that's it.

    I got new experience working in reservation team and people surrounding are friendly
    The good thingsThe superior almost in each department are friendly and concern with their subordinate and they can communicate nicely with other department. They prepare lunch for their workers so that their workers does not have to go out find food for lunch.

    The challengestoo much micro managing by the CEO and that rolls down the chain. very hard to get holidays (be sure to ask for memos), HODs do not fight for you so be ready to speak up if you get blamed for something you did not do.

    The good thingsI started work here with zero experience in Hospitality but the management still want to hire me and train me to become a good staff to give it 7 star service to our Guests.
    The challengesSometimes its hard because we are short of staff here. If we are enough of manning its will be great.
