    The good thingsLearn lot of things especially about payment. Friendly and helpful colleague especially my team, willing to teach me from below. Good environment and got to have lunch box so wont worry about what to eat everyday.

    Good bonus and benefits
    The good thingsSo far, this is my favorite working place. If u are fresh graduated, this is a place you can learn a lot from the management. If you are the manager here, they even provide u a company car.
    The challengesSalary... lower than the market. But they give 4 months bonuses yearly so every festival time, u get extra money.

    Almost everything you are on your own, even the service and special tools isn't well equipped.
    The good thingsFriendship and teamwork among colleagues is great as they will help no matter what the situation.
    The challengesManagement is always challeging. Tools are not well equipped and always outnumbered and out perform, expecting fast and efficient work but does not meet when comes to workshop equipments and tools.

    I gained a lot of experience at that job.
    The good thingsI enjoy my work since everyone is committed to the goal and has the same vision. This really fosters a family atmosphere where everyone looks out for one another. I savour what I do since my coworkers are interested in my personal development and professional advancement. In contrast to other organisations, there is a sincere sense of teamwork and common aims that revolve around aiding the users. I cherish my voice. My manager pays attention to my suggestions, and the entire team collaborates to implement them. We all lend each other support and cooperate to provide insightful criticism before putting our concepts into practise. I enjoy being respected and paid attention to.
    The challengesI appreciate how my manager never stops having faith in me. I'm very grateful for his persistence since he encouraged me to take on projects that I had previously thought were much beyond my capabilities given my age and education.

    The challengesDon't have any KPI to indicate your performance. In the end, the one who do less job from you will get promoted. Not good for career development.

    The good thingsLots of benefit e.g Oral, Optometric and others using panel clinics. Bonuses is a plus.
    The challengesThe same with other company. If you get a good supervisor, the pay is good and of course you want to work harder and stay longer.

    The challengesManagers micro manager and no communication. Too focused on "culture", does not want change and not a lean reporting line, too many managers approval for a simple decision.

I have 4 years working with this company and I proudly say that I really happy working in this company. Benefits is good, friendly colleagues, best HR team and many more. Kudos Bermaz!

    The good thingsWe are team work, mean to say we are 1 family, often company trip, get to gether for dinner to know each other every month. Always feel positive vibration when we step into work place environment, thus gave us more enthusiasm, motivates and energetic feels. Very often having product training this we are not left behind when customer ask questions, we able to answer with full of confident
    The challengesWe analys our competitor and we'll plan together to beat off and get more sells, as team work, management are very helpfull for those weak in certain areas, mean to say having 1 to 1 counseling and share knowledge.
