    The challengesNo basic staff benefits—no annual dinners, celebrations, or recognition. A typical family-run company where your opinions don’t matter, unless you are the favourite staff. Gossip is the norm, and favoritism thrives: if you flatter the bosses, you’re treated like royalty. Super toxic environment

    The challengesPeople tend to gossiping about others. Hard to pleased all the bosses which actually their own family members. No benefits provided, just basic salary and very basic panel clinics.
