    Poor benefits and lack of system management
    The good thingsGood leaders and friendly colleagues are work out together for solving daily tasking problems.
    The challengesNew challenging in daily work, you would have a lot of chances to learn more and gained working experience to find out problems and think about solutions. But working environment is uncomfortable. It is about to earn for the average salary per month without any of benefits. Terrible.
