    difficult to manage time

    The challengesthe difficulties on going to sleep cause you have to be ready on call even when you work morning to to tomorrow morning. if you came early you would have to wait a really long time for other worker even though the contract says to come morning.

    The good thingsU will be secured if you are permanent staff.. The benefits is good, good facilities, accommodation, good vibes and work surroundings, good work society. Have so many outdoor activities along the year
    The challengesYou have tofight for your position, if you are temporary staff, as you might be terminated at any time upon the contract. Other than that, all good. Pls consider more benefits for temp staff too..

    The good thingsMost people that I've worked with are very supportive. They treat everyone the same regardless of experience. The pay and bonusses are really good for permanent staff.
    The challengesThe workload can sometime be overwhelming, but it is not surprising as this is a big company. However, they need to focus more on the quality as they received a lot of complaints. However it is only a minor complaints, not something that could have jeopardize the service.

    The good thingsAll of the staffs were very helpful and insightful. They are really hardworking and discipline, a great example. The facilities for staffs are great and the working environment is clean and comfy. There are a lot of staff activities to participate in. Overall, a great experience.
    The challengesThe challenge is to learn as much as you can in a very limited time frame. Given that there are many types of machines to assemble, there are a lot that needs to be learn thoroughly. Being the help for the engineers means that we need to properly understand what they need to ease their job. You will have a hard time if you are not prepared to learn as much as possible.
