    The good thingsYoung and dynamic team, supportive manager. The working culture is very energetic and positive. Lots of thing to learn, new exposure, a good place to gain experiences. Systematic working procedures, flows and rules. Nice place to gather knowledge and experience.
    The challengesFast pace industry where things move fast and we need to move along with the company. Have to challenge ourselves to achieve target and fulfill the KPIs. Work can be overloaded and have to sacrifice the work-life balance. No hybrid mode.

    The challengesfew franchisee decide to walk out from delivery due to the HQ unacceptable decision when having their own problem. Poor Management from Hub caused all stations force to stop accept order from their own customer in few days. Operation ceased may bring huge losses in shorterm for all franchisee without any compensation.
