The challengesThe higher management and HR should do the salary adjustment to the entire department to make sure everyone is getting paid according to the market range (appreciate the senior staff as well), giving more allowance (ie KPI, attendance, etc) to encourage staff, giving bonus, taking out for dinner/ family day and appreciate staff more. HR is not very friendly, staff have no place to share their feeling towards working in the company.
The office is very cramp to each other causing uncomfortable feeling between the staff while working in the stressful environment. Call center workplace are not in well manner.
Management is not that strong. Support team are not that helpful. The base of the product is not so stable but still out for production. Unclear, no proper procedure and always change the operation flow causing bottle neck issue at customer management team.
No life-balance working environment.
