The best working experience so far!
The good thingsA tough company with uneasily impressed bosses. However the company and bosses allows you to grow and be matured. They give a wide opportunity to learn and be confident. Step up and take action. They allow freedom in thinking and taking matters into your own hands. A very generous salary increments based on performance review. Had the best working experience here and was able to prepare me for later studies.
The challengesThe clientele are mostly vvips hence site supervisor is needed preferably to ease the work progress on site so that the designers would be able to proceed with other meetings and design works rather than spending time on site.
