    The good thingsBosses often treat free lunch. Friendly colleagues
    The challengesExtremely high turnover, management always demotivate staff, no appreciation, compulsory 50% annual leave deduction, no increment. Some managers reluctant to guide subordinates instead assign very tight dateline in order to meet their own KPI. Unequal job allocation, work overload. Associate Director likes to emphasize on petty things, create own stories without investigate fact.

    Finance Associate Director not in the level to manage staff and job
    The good thingsNew office, modern and clean. Good team work among staff. 50% leave deduction and no increment
    The challengesNo clear direction given by Associate Director as always lost memories on important things and keep changing SOP, double standard. Never appreciate staff. High load of works and high turnover in Finance Department. Be prepared have to answer calls during weekends/holidays early morning.
