I have been teaching montessori 3-6 years old for 3 yearsThe good thingsI love the kids, they are so cute and smart. I like the teachers, we are a good teamwork, we support and help each others. Parents here are humble and kind. They also take a resposibility in learning. One thing that I always remember, the school owner. She is kind and very best person I met. She always support us as teacher and as her kid. I love her.
The challengesI disagree witn the school management. They dont organize it well. The time work is not consistent witn the employ agreement. We work over time, the salery is not balance.
