    The challengesThe working collegues and superiors will start to push you harder even how much you work. You have to stay at hostels and basically it isnt fun to work here after a period.

    The good thingsSince this was my first job, I learned a lot in this company. Including the experience in ERP system Oracle I got from here. A good starting point for a beginer. But then the salary was not so promising and not up to market level. Also it is difficult to secure a good position.
    The challengesThe management could have reviewed the salary up to market level as other competitor are giving so that good employee stays and contribute to the organization growth. Not enough team member and had to support quite number of organization. Management should be more concern on one's capability and not overloading with many task that might slow down the effectiveness.
