    The good thingsEven if you do not have any experience you can join the company as 'Team Leader' or Manager. As they provide many opportunities to candidates.
    The challengesA company that you definitely can not work with. What was said during the interview and in fact must disappoint .If you just need a job and not a career you can work in this company but with conditions to be adhered to the existing manager in this company. Pressure that you face in the company, not because a lot of work but you have to be smart to 'ENTERTAIN'.

    BGC only want followers.
    The good thingsThey will create impression that the environment is fun to work and learn. No doubt, they will have patience in providing introduction and training to the company business and the standard operating protocols. Induction to the business industry is also sufficient for the fresh people to adopt and learn.
    The challengesThe HR and management do not behave professionally managing the talent in the company. Over 1 year working with the company, I have seen people come and go without proper caring and guidance from the management but only gossiping that eventually condemned the staff and they are forced to leave. Think twice if they tell you they are \"happy\" to hire you. Been there experienced that.
