    The good thingsCompany had some car park for staff (executive level) only. Friendly colleagues. Good at multi tasking is required to survived in this company, learn lot of things of knowledge & skills from other department as well.
    The challengesPoor management that has zero idea on how to lead the team to success, but only blame & no solutions is taken seriously. All professional opinions, creative ideas won't be heard, most meeting is waste of time because no actual action is going to take from the top management.

    The good things- Work life balance environment & friendly colleagues. - Office environment is OK & have some car parking inside the office. - Multitasking so you can learn lot of things.
    The challenges- Poor leadership that has no clue of what they are doing to lead the team to bring successful to the company. - Creative or new ideas & opinions won't be heard or taken seriously. - No staff performance review yearly.
