    The good thingsThe flexible working culture at BHP is really a good practice eversince management started it way before Covid-19 struck.
    The challengesThere is a report that you need to write up everytime you make mistake. Is it such a waste of time to find what is the rootcause, what steps need to be taken to prevent the same mistake in future although the mistake is sometimes technical glitch and error.
