    I have experience working at company biaxis (M), scope micropile work as site supervisor. Work at MRT-V203 project Sg.Buloh-Serdang-Putrajaya, coordinate with ijm main contractor, sepakat setia perunding (SSP) as consultant. Able to conduct a supervisor & safety responsible at MRT site.

    The good thingsThe employers and employee are super friendly and gave full support and guidance if you are a fresh grad or new entry. Opportunity will be given to you if you show great positivity and energy in work. The employees in the company are really the main pillar of the company. Cooperating and helping each other making this company the friendliest workplace I ever been.
    The challengesAs usual, you will face will a lot of challenges in this dynamic company. However, the more the challenges the more insight and knowledge we got from. Get to learn so much stuff and interesting with colleagues isn't a challenge at all. The only challenges are the parking space and food surround the company. But it is still within walking distance.

    The good thingslearn a lot of new things and people are friendly. when i was facing the problem, they were willing to teach and give me some idea to solve but never blame me at all and help me solve the problem without told me where i did wrong. this is the good opportunity to explore our knowledge and get the experience. they always take care of you wherever you are, they will make sure you are in the safe condition. the safety precautions are quite completely.

    Good working environment with self initiative and independant
    The good thingsA good platform for beginners or non-experience candidate in learning and knowing the construction industry specifically in Geotechnical and Foundation. Guide, training on site with theories is provided and all can be be obtain or gain through working experience in condition of having the attitude of willing to learn. Exposure to hands on and real construction works and activities is provided with self initiative. Technical items also can be learn and be compared with real implementation.
    The challengesGive more initiative to those who have the ability to do multi-tasking. Not to depend on only one who can do the job/tasking but train the others as to have more resources. Divide task equally among staff and not to over-stress/overburden one due to the ability of multi tasking. Establish a basic standard guideline on controlling materials and quality of work which can be referred/followed at each project site by the site personnel.

    The good thingsThe good things happen here is its encourage your real life when you are suddenly involve with Top Management people, and your ideas count in when some improvements need in company. It makes me feel more responsible on delivering and complete the task given to come out with best result then you can proud on your own self and know your capability in manage yourself.
    The challengesThere are a phase when you are all alone,and all decision must come out from you. On this time, you need to develop your skill, learn a new things on fast lane and to ensure all things count. Sometimes you have to think outside of the box and multi your task in a way to be fully responsible on your job.
