    Must be independent at all cost
    The good thingscan claim parking, go training provided by Daikin, can claim petrol
    The challengesDid not have a proper guideline for new staff, did not provide training for BMS, learn by trial and error, not having someone to guide.

    The good thingsThis company are full of energetic friends around, ages between 25 to 35. A good workplace to enjoy working while hanging out with this group of energetic \"friends\". Everyone are friendly and helpful more than you expected. Employer are treating well to everyone, by focusing on employer's satisfaction, follow by performance. Company has monthly activities that is purposely for employees to relax mindset at the stressful work from on job assigned.
