    Work in quality assurance department as Laboratory Assistant, which is doing the chemical and microbial test on raw materials sample, online samples, R&D samples and finish goods.
    The good thingsI learn a lot of benficial processes in maintaining the quality of our products such as did the chemical and microbial test, environmental pathogen program, and validation procesess.
    The challengesThe salary given not suitable with my works, and the company did not give me opportunities and less trainings to improve my skills in this quality assurance and control field.

    On manitenance side the senior tech is unproductive and a troublemaker.He is a jerk.Need to have a proper T.P.M schedule and M.C history to prevent further machine break down
    The good thingsThe production & office staff is helpful.The Bos is great.The working hours its ok and have OT.
    The challengesThe management team should have a month review meeting with selected worker to more understanding on each dept problem & solution.The maintenance dept too much turn over will affect on production.Need a stronger maintenance team due to high production volume.

    The good thingsGood for fresh grad to learn a variety of jobs. Provided training for the continuous improvement of the employees after request from the middle level management team.
    The challengesLack of manpower as well as short of support from top management which caused difficulty in implement of the solution.
