    The good thingsGood colleague, big pantry although no free food. Flexibility to move around.
    The challengesMicromanaging. Problems occur when the person you takes instruction from bad at explaining you task resulting multiple amendment needed, sometime after office hour.

    Good for fresh graduate
    The good thingsAble to travel for free. They will claim your transport and logistics. Its will be good for fresh graduate to get experience. Not much on career growth.
    The challengesThe challenges is how you manage the project and complete the task ahead of time. The two directors have different view and opinion on how to run business and its will be hard for an employee to juggle in between.

    The good thingsMet a lot of people, it wasn't stressful, they trained us pretty okay because I worked as a cashier. It was flexible because you can pray and eat at given times.
    The challengesSome people can get pretty annoying especially when they're the seniors because they think they're better.

    The challengesNeed to use English to do the communication as my English level are not so good. Btw after this work feels like my English have improved and not so fear and resist like before. Thanks to Big Bad Wolf this work make my English progress!

    The good thingsNot too enjoy and average stressful with poor communication and others mistake, but can learned something not like before like must monitor and responsible for huge headcount of foreign workers.

    i enjoyed the experience working there but didnt enjoyed the environment and some of their staffs
    The good thingsI manage to sharpen up my customer service skills and problem solving skills. i gain new knowledge of new arrival books.
    The challengesthe company need to give proper training to new staffs and to the staffs that are lack in customer service skills. head of departments need to be very patient when handling their staffs and try not to use harsh words toward staffs. Marketing department need to improve more.

    Fun and meaningful event.
    The good thingsI have tons of fun while working there and the permanent employers are all helpful especially when the part timer had a difficult time to answer some of the customers questions. They provided delicious food during our break. They also provided the right duration for muslim prayer.
    The challengesThis company need to improve the management during the sales occur. Besides, this company also need to improved in cashier packer section.

    The challengesContinuous sales events, mostly oversea countries might not suitable for personnel with family or child. Tight deadline and pressure to keep close to target is a common challenge here.
