    Positive, energetic & fast paced
    The good thingsFast-paced, a lot of new things to learn, clear communications between members, and most importantly is respecting each other. No "I'm the manager so you need to listen to me" attitude. Everyone comes together to help solve the problems and talk to each other transparently.
    The challengesThe company is active in campaigns, collaborations and constantly improving. Need to keep up with the work, refine everything, but the workload is acceptable.

    The good thingsWe have a Transparent & Systematic Commission Calculation & Carrer Advancement System. I have no worry about my Pay is calculated wrong & Wether I'm I qualify to Go Higher Position or not
    The challengesI Think They only need to open more branches & Department So that More Customer & Candidate will benefit it only. Other than that everything is awesome here
