    Stressful not worth it
    The good thingsGood working environment, especially the team and the TL team. I mean not with the company. Its your team will take care of you, not the company and definitely not the client. Although HR team is really good at doing their job so far Dont get me wrong, i dont mind working extra hard if the pay is worth it. although, the place is a good as stepping stone for those dont mind the small pay and as a starting point.
    The challengesThe project is pushing you to the limit when the pay doesn't even worth it. The worse project with low pay and really high stress. Expecting the best of the best from you while refuse to invest more on you and will always complaining what you're doing is not best enough

    The challengesIts a start-up which you will be assigned to parallel projects & meetings. Don't worry, you will grow a lot and there's always good support from team & management.

    One of my top places to work so far
    The good thingsGood benefits 👍 makes a worker feel safe and happy working here. Overall, the management & HR is approachable and hopefully all problems can be worked out. People here also seem friendly, and the team leaders are competent as well as charismatic. I really love that the people are diverse and some are environmentally conscious (to an extent). Office environment is great. Darker walls provide much better relief for eyes than plain white walls. Carpeting reduces noise and the office chair is okay even though sitting more than 7 hours a day. General vibe of things here is that everything seems to work properly, people are competent at their job, and there's no "waiting for days for someone to return an email". I like high efficiency work environments. Transport by train is convenient if you are living in KL or Selangor with LRT/MRT access.
    The challengesTransport can be expensive problem if you drive. The salary varies greatly, mine was significantly below that of same position in other local companies. Am disappointed in this regard. Hours can be slightly longer especially when unpredictable things happen. Compensation is not so clear on this. Expected to work high volume when things (inevitably) goes wrong. As things do. Fairly reasonable.

    Full of Stressful Moments filled with Laughter & Joy
    The good thingsThe sarcasm, teasing and butthurt remarks I get from my colleagues on a day-to-day basis. When things get tough, everyone goes into hardwork mode and focus on coming up with solutions and ideas to overcome it. When things go well, it's really well. When the faeces hits the ceiling, you better be ready to clean it up and be positive while doing so.
    The challengesEverything can be seen as a challenge. As we want to challenge banking and doing so ain't easy. From Customer Support to even Recruitment. Of course, keeping employees happy is a challenge in itself. The way to go would be to spread positive vibes and encourage to take proper rest and health. A happy worker is a productive worker.
