My experience at this company was marked by a few supportive colleagues and decent bonuses, but the harsh working conditions, lack of career development, and poor work-life balance make it a place I would not recommend to younger individuals seeking growth opportunities. The good thingsSome colleagues were nice, helpful, and willing to teach and support others. The bonus was also quite generous.
The challengesThe work environment was challenging, with most employees being older, creating a less dynamic atmosphere. The working hours were extremely long, especially during the Raya season, with no days off for five weeks straight. Annual stock takes required working over 24 hours non-stop. The salary was less than that of foreign workers, and the panel clinic was inconvenient for those living far away.
