    Experience working with BDBBDB has few subsidiaries with business diversifications, comprises of property, construction, leisure and tourism, and now venturing into green business. Good exposure for all type of business. The negative aspects is Top Management is a political post which sometimes can impact the long term business strategy and blue print of the Company.

    Good Place to Develop Career and Have a Balanced Work/Life - Need to Have a Strong and Positive Mind Too!
    The good things- If u're lucky like me, u would get a supervisor who guides u and teaches u in a good, fun way. Not so strict, emphasizes result and development. Gives good advise. - The value of team work even across other subsidiaries. I was fortunate to be in a team where everyone contributes. - People around are friendly. - Company benefits like medical,insurance, maternity bills are very good. - Work/life balance is the best! U get 20+ days of AL, and they don't disturb u during weekends and after office hours, although occasionally u need to attend events which are loads of fun! - Extra bonus because food in Kedah are exceptionally good and relatively cheap! - Many projects across Kedah and some in Perak, thus u will have good career growth and exposure. U just have to seek for it. Don't remain silent. - The energy of the people is the best! People are so cheerful and vibrant.
    The challenges- Like every other work place, office politics suck. But that's the reality. - You'd might get stuck in between certain difficult situations where choosing one side over another side will never be a wise decision. If u're smart then things like these would be nothing. - Like every other workplace to, there are some people u might need to refrain from sharing personal stuff, because.. U know. - Salary might be average to some, however there are room for career development. Not sure the about the current salary range. - Minimal room for new ideas.

    Good place to work not for progressing your carrier
    The good thingsLot of work in one time and some other time have many free times. Don't have much stress working in here. It is a best place to work and to do your study in a same time. Please take the advantage of the seasonal heavy projects. The management is good to the staffs, understanding the problems and willing to help with the problem.
    The challengesThe management should look into each individual talent and create a track line for the staffs for their carrier advancement. Many talent has been wasted and jump to the other company because of this. I hope for the future this company can enhance the talent to do their own best to get batter result. It is quite sad the opportunity for carrier advancement is so limited and only a few (related) can get on it.

    A very good company but not work life balance company
    The good thingsThe most good, well known and established company in northern region. Provide highly employee benefit such as clinical, hospitalization, employee leave, and some gift.
    The challenges1. No strategic alignment@direction from management. 2. Always do more event, too much activity (not related to work) rather than improve work efficiency within department or company, 3. Salary are too too too low (not all) and not worth with your work done.
