    The good thingsThe environment surroundings was okay and staff are very friendly to the new hired. It is good to start your new work in new company with this staff attitude. May good vibes always be here with all the staff.
    The challengesIt is great to working in this company because you can learn to work under pressure and learn to finish the work in a short time. It teach you how to manage work after a while but still the progress are good.

    The good thingsThe working environment really good, gain a lot of versatile experience from management, site and others field working since working here. Improve my soft skill and communication with other parties since working here. Staff interaction was good and the teamwork to complete the job is really helping when facing a problem in jobs here.

    The challengesI can say that i am happy to be part of the team in this company. However, the rate of the salary in this company is quite low compared to the other company. Take time for designation promotion.

    The good thingsGood work environment. Most of the project leader guide his/her downline staff to run the projects. The company is a good working platform for fresh entry to gain experiences. In term of salary, the company never pay late to the staff. Some of the project leaders will fight for his/her downline staffs' benefits such as bonus, increment, incentives and etc. Furthermore, the company will send his staff for training for skills improvement.
    The challengesWorking with this company in a EPCC project is very challenging since the company engage third-party consultant to do all the designs. The construction progress delayed mostly due to the engineering issues such as drawings not ready for construction. Furthermore, the company facing a cash-flow problem. The company also need to consider to increase the rate of salary since, in my personal opinion, the rate of salary in the company is among the lowest compared to the other rival companies.

    The good thingsThe construction industry is one of the most challenging job requirements, with constant high pressure and hands on approach aspects in its day to day work. What the company did well was give opportunities to fresh graduates and non experienced engineers to learn and flourish during their time at this company. They were not afraid to give responsiblities to these new employers.
    The challengesThe challenges include reaching the deadline for projects, dealing with sub contractors, consultants and clients.

    The good thingsCommunication is hallmark of this company no matter which position you're, equal opportunity will be given. I would say, 10 years in construction industry, this is one company that excel in ensuring everything is in place. I would suggest to my contact to not hesitate to join the company, just a friendly reminder, be proud and confidence in what you do when you're part of the team.
    The challengesOpen to new idea is a big challenge, construction in Sabah is embarking to new and advance from what we have since the past decade. To be heard is one thing but to be able to do it, its a different ball game.

    The challengesChallenges is that their procedure is taking too much steps. I have been given outstanding from.the past 2 3 years before and asking me.on why the problem occur.As they know,they get through all the problems before.
