Working Experience for Fresh entryThe good thingsGood work environment. Most of the project leader guide his/her downline staff to run the projects. The company is a good working platform for fresh entry to gain experiences. In term of salary, the company never pay late to the staff. Some of the project leaders will fight for his/her downline staffs' benefits such as bonus, increment, incentives and etc. Furthermore, the company will send his staff for training for skills improvement.
The challengesWorking with this company in a EPCC project is very challenging since the company engage third-party consultant to do all the designs. The construction progress delayed mostly due to the engineering issues such as drawings not ready for construction. Furthermore, the company facing a cash-flow problem. The company also need to consider to increase the rate of salary since, in my personal opinion, the rate of salary in the company is among the lowest compared to the other rival companies.
