Good place to work inThe good thingsI enjoyed my time working in this Company as my bosses were nice decent people whose office doors were always open for staff who wanted to see them for a discussion. They remembered the name of most of the staff and also took the initiatives to remember the name of new staff. Good personal touch on their part. As a staff, I am glad that I have worked in this Company.
The challengesDespite having good bosses, the newly joined GM at that time was an eccentric. He has a low self esteem and was egoistic. Most of the staff, including myself, had a difficult and tough time while working there. At that time, I was young and did not handle him well which caused me to be in his bad books most of the time. Anyway, it is good that he had left this Company.
