    Learning Experince:As the academic Manager I encountered many challenges. Each was a new experience as the issues were different from each student.I can now work in any industry without sweat.
    The good thingsGood and far sighted leader,Good team work and excellent communication.The university has won several international and local awards. A company with good image and a reputable company in the education industry.It is an international university with five star rating. Employability rate is 96%.
    The challengesCompetitors and the profit margin. The clients have become choosy. Language is a problem for the local students.Outdoor activities difficult to carry out there is no field. Distraction has caused some students to be absent but however the university has strict rules on attendance.
