    The challengesVery toxic top management. Your bonus depends on what colour you are. No big increment even you work for almost 10 years. New staff can get more increment maybe. Increment depends on how nice you are to your boss. Your education level and working experience doesn't matter, no value at all. And of course, no career development. For life survival, maybe you can apply to work here.

    suitable for those who are desperate for jobs

    The challengesyou have to standby for work 24/7 day and if you are fresh graduate you will never be upgraded. Bonuses only for executive and higher rank manager. Leaves are for weak employee. Tons of workload.
