    The good thingsFriendly working environment.Eventho there has some jibber jabbers in every office, but if that just a small issue and not scandal, you will be fine.
    The challengesBad management, since almost everyone working here for half decades. So nobody could touch Baby Boomer on how their work style, they couldn't bother to hear Millenium generation ideas. If they could open mind a bit, for sure the company could grow more for a better future.
