Internship Experience During my internship at Bio Synergy Laboratories (Johor), I had the opportunity to work in a welcoming and supportive environment. The colleagues were friendly and approachable, which made it easier to adapt and learn. I gained valuable hands-on experience in sample handling and performing various microbiological tests in line with laboratory standards.
While the job scope was somewhat limited to routine testing, the experience helped strengthen my foundation in lab practices and quality control. I would have appreciated more exposure to advanced verification procedures and molecular techniques such as real-time PCR, which would have further enhanced my technical competencies.
