    Good place to start your career, but consider moving forward when you’re ready for the next step
    The good thingsProvide good benefits like free lunch, lots of events/programs for employee to join, employee need follow strict SOP.
    The challengesMany long-serving staff tend to display a superior attitude, which make collaboration difficult. Fast pace working environment and tight project timelines, however, often get delayed due to improper planning by management. Certain colleagues could create a stressful atmosphere which affect overall team harmony and morale. The HOD will brainstorm people that company is performing well, but everyone shall get more exposure within the broader pharmaceutical industry.

    The good thingshigh saary package, can demand more if you have experience they quite generous with it. many benefits included, free lunch, many occasions, flexible break time
    The challengesalmost no worklife balance, hierarchy is a big thing here, very fast paced, 80% self learn, will get called in even during rest days

    Job growth is limited
    The good things- Salary is above average. - Incredible platform for Malaysian young talents to join advanced biotech industry as the opportunity here is extremely scarce.
    The challenges- The middle and top management are mainly Indian expats. Management needs to consider developing local talent pool to increase attrition rate and ensure sustainable growth. - For R&D personnel, you may need to brace for working beyond office hours.

    The good thingsAdvantages of being part of the company include having a supportive network of colleagues, access to valuable HR programs, potential for performance and annual bonuses, and a unique learning experience due to the absence of biopharmaceutical companies in Malaysia.
    The challengesChallenges faced in the company include a heavy workload with numerous responsibilities, consistent management interference in QA decisions, extended working hours while maintaining punctuality, work-related calls during off days, medical leaves, or emergencies, a culture where the loudest voice prevails, confrontational meetings, instances of gaslighting from supervisors, and a lack of acknowledgment or recognition.

    The good thingsHigh pay salary. Meal provided. Great and cozy facility. In between working time, you have breakfast, lunch and tea break. 5days work in a week. The company provide good allowance and good medical claim.

    Good for Learning and Productive
    The good thingsGood salary package, work life balance (subjected to Department) almost all of public holiday is taken by the company, colleges are all in support of each others,1x free meal is provided daily based on your shift/working time, 5 day working days. Fresh grad are encourage as a lot of new exp can be gained here in-term of GDP, GMP, complying NPRA, EMEA, USFDA and etc.
    The challengesToo many boss, managers, and top management are not local, most of them do not want to understand Malaysian working culture. All implementation are based/ mirroring the parent company in India, thus resulting in less freedom of implementation can be done. In proper planning, resulting in a busy work place and hectic working style due to all are ordered in last minutes.

    The good thingsHere, be a vendor which from "Terotechnology". but seriously it most interesting workplace ever been. I wish someday will be part of them and show up my determination and loyalty to work there
    The challengesMuch challenging but i would like to say this are the best workplace and customer ever been. the challenging is like social interaction. as vendor i felt be not spread widely on social to gain more experiences with staff there.

    The good thingsYou can learn more on pharmaceutical company “things”. You can learn and expose to high end technology. They have a lot of high end technology system which is very valuable for your career opportunity. The environment is good which most of the employee still young (25-35).

    Working in the weak system.
    The good thingsThe facilities in this company is the best that I've ever felt. They have many activities every year and the activities is very good to the employee.Company give good support to the comity if they want to do some activities or event.
    The challengesThe challenge is the top management don't have a good planing and good communication to the staff. Sometime they are give the last minute bad decision. The action plan they give to prevent the the incident to happen again also not much help.
