The challengesSalary growth is low. Many long service senior staff working for the company that is afraid of changes or do do not have modern mindset. Senior staff love to allocate the work to younger recruits and except much from them but salary is not justifiable. No proper traninig or manual on how to use system, each got their own way. Too much spending on digitalizing but unable / slow to implement , better to spend on employee salary growth.
