The challengesMy experience working here was challenging. Despite putting in long hours and handling frequent last-minute revisions from clients, there was totally no appreciation or recognition from my direct superior. Promotions and career development opportunities were almost non-existent, and the overall environment did not value employees’ hard work or well-being.
The workload was often heavy, and overtime became a regular expectation rather than an exception, without proper compensation or support. Benefits were minimal, and the management culture tended to treat staff more like resources than people.
I truly hope the company improves in recognizing employee contributions and creating a more supportive and fair working environment in the future.
