    The good thingsI could not think of one.
    The challengesThere is no permanent workers in the whole company. They hire interns completely to use the loop to pay workers less. The salary is too low for the job you're signing up. There is no one to guide in the field since everyone are intern. Poor management style. Working time is 8.30 to 6. This is like 1.5 hours more than usual office hours.

    Excellent Company for Internship Placement
    The good thingsInterns get to learn a lot from working here, as you get to work on every level of the department. The company has a good working environment, employees/colleagues are friendly and nice.
    The challengesThere aren't enough experts on each department so you'd be expected to do your own research and manage things on your own.

    It was a good experience doing my internship there as I gained lots of experiences in a real working life.
    The good thingsIt has a good working environment, a nice and cozy working place, and also friendly colleagues.
    The challengesThere's only few experts in this company. So, its a little bit hard to ask something which I do not know. They should hire more, especially for IT department.
