    Highly disorganized and toxic
    The good thingsEmployees are young and energetic. Very supportive to each other and always strive to give their best.
    The challengesBusiness owners constantly exerting their position to have things done their way even though it is highly inefficient and detrimental. Frequently withholding or paying short amount of salaries without proper reasoning or notification.
    DirectorThank you for your comment. We became less toxix and more organised after your departure. If any salary is withhold, there is a department called labor office to report to. So far, we had not a case there.
