An eye-opening experience but lacked proper training
The good thingsAn eye-opening and rewarding experience as you get to work with special needs children that are on the moderate to severe spectrum. Colleagues are quite helpful and if you can get along well with them, they will have your back. The management is also always willing to hear you out.
The challengesNo proper training provided especially for freshies thus it can be very stressful figuring out proper methods to deal with the children's tantrums or meltdowns. The job can be energy-draining most of the time. Extreme patience and must love working with children is highly needed for this job.

Inorganized and weird politics at workplace
The good thingsIf you can get along very well with your colleagues then you should be fine. Good place fresher to get exposure but there is no career improvement here. Get a chance to learn by observing and communicating with the children directly and learn to communicate well with parents and teachers
The challengesThe management is unorganized. No specific training provided. More to be proactive and work on your own to discover the suitable teaching style. Tiring and really a long day to work here. Perks and benefits is so so. No career improvement or in house training provided
