    The good thingsProud to be in Blue Ocean Team and learn and nurture our own good experience in good programming skills and learn to build good and Quality Solutions to all MNC companies in Malaysia and Singapore,Japan,Chima and Indonesia,Thailand. We see Bright and great future in all terms of Individual and company Performance. The Employees are strong and united together to be in good team and worked together as a good team.
    The challengesThere are some improvement need to be improve in term of Office space. In future we need to shift to bigger office lot for more growth and developments.

    The good thingsIf you are capable to handle project, this is a good platform and company that you can learn and conduct some real practicing in software company. Do not over rely on the company that the company provide resources to make yourself growth since not all the employees can be taken a good care by management.
    The challengesYou have to work in the environment that is contain unequal benefits and it contains a risk that the management will aim at you randomly. If you can manage for this, this will not affect you in this company

    The good thingsWe are able to gain working experience with senior engineers good coaching and technical training in term of project development for SME industries. Programming technical skills are much comprehensive in terms of training provided from easy to more challenging stages accordingly to capability! Good place for internship to learn regarding IOT and many technical knowledges for both degree and diploma holders from Computer Science .
    The challengesLearning is never enough and improvement in our own techical knowledges and skills will be depending on own initiatives to get proactive and good participation for team works!
