    Handle multiple projects at the same time and expect to pick up fast
    The good things- Every month has twice of work from cafe, free drink treat by company - Everyday learning new things because you will be switched to different projects and handle multiple projects at the same time
    The challengesSpent time to understand the new projects, and need to good in time management because need multitask... Besides that, you also have to know research and self study when you face problems
