    I earned balances amount of knowledges and skills working at BMW Malaysia Sdn Bhd. I got to meet many people not only the internal staffs but also partners representing BMW from other markets.
    The good things1. Great introduction on the first day about the company & the products. 2. Trained to become a part of the brand itself. 3. Well briefed and explained of duties and responsibilities. 4. Great colleagues. 5. Learned best knowledges and skills in performing duties and managing works.
    The challengesI enjoyed so much working in BMW. But there are just few things that might give a little stress like: 1. some tasks were not segregate fairly between staffs that I have to handle loads and tonnes of close dateline works by myself; and 2. Being married with kids, there are very thin chances to get the opportunity on upgrades within department or company.
