It is one great experience and an honour to work with one of the pelrestige foreign bank..since this is my first job in the industry, the team really helpful in assisting me to achieve my career goal.
The good thingsUnderstanding manager and co-workers..no office politics as we respect each other.
The challengesFlexibility and ability to adapt with changes.
As part of the job itself we need to maintain accuracy in our reporting and minimize mistake.

Small team but always helping each other like family. So far no politics.
The challengesCompre to other foreign banks, the pay is just lower. And bonus is minimal too.
Lesser benefits except for the medical part.
