    If you do a good job then you can work here
    The good thingsLearn new things especially in cabinet in wardrobe and kitchen and also a good co-worker and environment.
    The challengesShort tempered senior worker and they not even teach you from A to Z. The just hoping that you’re expected to perform as well as senior designers who have 14 years of experiences. Work load are too much, you barely have time to rest. Communication skill and management skill here need to be improve. People would be blaming each other if problems occur. The politics here are very strong once you come work and you notice it. No room for growth, no opinion accepted.

    Good for temporary job
    The good thingsYou’ll learn everything about cabinets in short period of time.
    The challengesYou’re expected to perform as well as senior designers who have 11 years of experiences. Work load are too much, you barely have time to rest. Communication skill and management skill here need to be improve. People would be blaming each other if problems occur. The politics here are very strong once you come work and you notice it. No room for growth, no opinion accepted.

    Workable but not for long term
    The good thingslot of new things you can learn in the beginning, the office is located in central PJ means nice environment
    The challengesyou need to be tough and make yourself unbothered by all the scolding and stuff, the work system here really need some works to avoid miscommunication, the office politics between different departments here is really noticeable and affecting to your work, in short workable but not for long term

    The good thingsAll the colleague are friendly, supportive and very cooperative on getting the job done and helping me to get used to a new working environment. During my short term working there, the colleagues were supportive and always help me improve my work rate.

    The good thingsif you love to design..this is the right place to work.learn from experience also they provide travel and work at same time.
    The challengesworking with overload drawing at almost the time..sometimes you need to worry if cant reach the dateline.
