    MEETING, TRAINING, BRAINWASH, REPEAT.
    The good thingsstaff & management very friendly, treat us like their best buddy. willing to share & learn with each other.
    The challengesforget about the working hours stated in employee handbook, basically have to work for 10 - 12hours EVERYDAY. YES, EVERYDAY including weekend. everyday start with morning briefing, then meeting, training, end up meeting again, don't expect you have time to settle your paperwork during working hour. OT is a must.

    The good thingsStarted my 1st sales job here, learned about sales techniques and meet a lot of SME clients from different industries. Big sales team to work and fight together.
    The challengesFight for cases or sales everyday among the team members, managers push very hard for achieving sales target until you will have meeting twice per day, work for 10-12 hour a day with a very low commission and allowance package.

    The challengesNormally work more than 10 hours everyday, commission is lower than outside, allowances are poor and always ask you to sales but no teach you how to close sales with skill. Also, they will ask you to join charity or trip every month.
