    The challengesPoor management, lack of staff empathy, no work balance, too many upper level division that wearing off middle staff. Rather work elsewhere than be treated poorly... That is s a reason why they are constantly hiring.

    Great start for fresh graduates
    The good thingsI learn a lot during my time of working here. The team is really cooperative and willing to teach and guide me on how to do and perform well in my task. Overall, a great experience to work here.
    The challengesThe challenges is surely to satisfy our big customer which is Airbus. We will have to make sure whatever decision we make is the best for them. Communication with team especially on overseas also can be challenging as some of them seems not very cooperative or responsive.
