    In conclusion,this company is very good for fresh graduates only since you can learn at various point of manufacturing. However,you need to have strong will and strong mind to work here.
    The good thingsGood environment for lab team,always support each other. Benefits can say good compare other manufacturing company.
    The challengesStress and hot environment, no work life balance,always short staff,not enough space for lab team,no long term solution for all the issues in the production. Every meeting conducted is like pointing the blame towards staff. Poor communication between department especially if including hr. Hr most likely doing admin work,you need to fight for your own benefit instead of relying on Hr. It's hard to bring change to the production/company since it's becoming their core habit and not willing to change.

    The challenges1. HR Department didn't fight for employee, you must understand labour law to fight for your right. 2. Salary didn't match the job scope and job allocation not properly briefed. The changes of organization and the department not properly communicated among employees cause people confuse on their job scope. 3. Poor management on problem solving. Meeting should focus on problem solving and agenda instead of blaming others and pointless talking about cost, output and lost. 4. Micromanaging

    As Customer service is the support you provide to your customers before, during and after they buy and use your products or services. Excellent customer service should be proactive, personalized, convenient and competent. Although customer service is often seen as a skill in and of itself, there are many associated skills that support strong customer service abilities.     The challengesNot worthy to fight all out for the company as they only focus on profitability if you having accident or major illness the company will not contact with your family and try their best escaping from you. Poor management by the company especially human resource department that are not professional at all, use short form in a formal offer letter, unable to make decision, slow reply on message predominantly human resource is just doing admin work.
