Everything manual and no changes allowed
The good thingsStaff are friendly and helpful
The challengesHave to report to 2 business partners, very stressful for higher level staff as they will not hesitate to fire staff when they're not happy with the performance. Minimal work life balance.

Careful of working here
The good thingsFriendly colleagues to work with. Meals given on duty. Pets in the store to play with. Interesting store ste up with a chance to meet different people.
The challengesHorrible employers with no single idea on how to delegate work. They will just advertise a job but when you join the company you will realise that the job scope includes cleaning after their pets. Processing their laundry. Even having to clean up hotel rooms if the cleaning personnel is not around
