As a start-up, you will have to multi-task which (in my opinion) builds character.
Depending on your line of work whether in business or IT. You will expose to different things. For business & admin, you will meet and talk to more people - improving soft-skills. There are many senior IT developers whom are extremely helpful to those even with minimal knowledge as know as you have a good attitude to learn.
The challengesWith so much tasks to do, time is not a friend. Which will help you manage time more carefully from simple task as organizing minor events to planning meetings.
Challenges are worthwhile as they train me.
I recommend taking the above seriously as it can be quite stressful to some but for those who can handle it, it is a great place to learn especially after graduating in tech or business related files.
