    Productive and fun workplace
The good thingsI love the company's culture. It's very young and stimulating. I've had a great time there. Gained a lot of hands-off experience, staffs, supervisor and the CEO are very friendly, supportive, and great people to work with, flexible working hours (if you come early you can leave early). Would recommend for someone who's looking for an internship experience!
The challengesNothing. Everything is fine for me.

    Intern to Full-Time (Reasons Why)
The good thingsNew things everyday with lots of excitements. Different task given, which makes it a challenge. (Improving one's self) As a start-up, you will have to multi-task which (in my opinion) builds character. Depending on your line of work whether in business or IT. You will expose to different things. For business & admin, you will meet and talk to more people - improving soft-skills. There are many senior IT developers whom are extremely helpful to those even with minimal knowledge as know as you have a good attitude to learn.
The challengesWith so much tasks to do, time is not a friend. Which will help you manage time more carefully from simple task as organizing minor events to planning meetings. Challenges are worthwhile as they train me. I recommend taking the above seriously as it can be quite stressful to some but for those who can handle it, it is a great place to learn especially after graduating in tech or business related files.

Working with Bookdoc is great, I see a lot of potential for this company to continue it's growth in the HealthTech industry
The good thingsManagement is really understanding, they set timelines, result orientated company, management does not micromanage you, gives you the freedom to be accountable to them.
The challengesAnnual leave is low but it's a startup so it's understandable, if you want extra leave, just have an open discussion with your managers
