    Good For Career growth. Not Good for Mental health.
    The good thingsIs a good place to develop Career growth as you will learn new thing everyday. The company also have a gym and parking.
    The challengesRequired to work beyond working hour. You also need to Multitask as this is fast moving company. Be prepare for bad life balance between work and life.

    The good thingswe have manage to do 35 events in one year. a very fast growing company and a lot of experience and knowledge that we can get here. we do the impossible possible!
    The challengesyou have to love what you were doing, if you do not signup for a challenged then this place is not for you. people here very competitive and decision making is fast and need to be good.

    The good thingsgood supervisor that expose the staff to the new experience. it also challenge the staff to improve their skill. the opportunity for career advancement is good as the staff show good performance.
    The challengesmore from the marketing side for promotion as the staff need to meet the sales target. it kind of hard to achieve the sales target as the mall is not fully occupied and less customer walk in.

The tasks assigned were easy to understand and I was capable to perform the assignment with ease. Other than that, the salary was transferred into my account on time at the end of the month without delay. I was happy with my job.

    The good thingsIts an eye opening experience. You meet all sorts of people with different personalities . There is also a variety of books as well. The goal for the company to make books more affordable to encourage people to be read more is an excellent idea!
