    Im not recommed to anyone work here.
    The good thingsCo workers are good but only some not all are good.
    The challengesmanagement sucks. Over worked but under paid. No overtime pay but have to handle too many task at one time. No appreciation. Today A and then the same day change to B that's the culture here.

    Confirmation will take up to 1 year. The company will not give you yearly bonus.
    The good thingsstaff meal. This is the only good things here
    The challengesHave to practice the work life balance environment. Someone have to inform the bosses about the work time. We are just employee not the company slaves!

    Please ensure that you have everything in black & white. If not you cannot fight for your rights. The managements are not that fixed. Sometimes this week says A, then without black & white it can spin to B.
    The good thingsNot many. Maybe staff meal? Only.
    The challengesThe management is very loose. Lack of equipment and the process of claiming equipment changes from time to time.
