    The good thingsNo clock in needed suitable for married and semi retired staff. No age limit for retirement. No performance needed for annual bonus of 0.5-1 months.
    The challengesLack of hands to cater the demanding markets. Software and application using 3rd party license can be improved.

    Jika plan nak kerja sampai retired, company ini sesuai sebab tak stress. Salary dibayar agak setimpal dan on-time. Cuma yearly increment sgt menyedihkan. Boss dan staff di company pun bagus. Untuk orang muda, boleh kerja sini untuk tempoh 2-3 tahun. Selepas itu, terus cari kerja lain sebab di sini tiada career growth.
    The good thingsAda dua team boss, sorang anak owner(T1), sorang lagi menantu adik owner(T2). Jika kerja under team T2, memang well planned dan kerja sgt mudah. Superior pun bagus. Jika under team T1, kerja kurang kemas. Boss T2 dan manager team sgt supportive staff bawahan mereka.
    The challengesYearly increment, boss T1 yg control. Jika under team dia, akan dapat lebih berbanding team satu lagi, walaupun kita tidak buat apa-apa masalah. Tiada career growth di sini. Company hanya promoted staff ikut warna kulit dia sahaja. Jadi akan rugi masa jika anda kerja untuk tempoh yg panjang di sini

    Enjoy but not really enjoy.
    The good thingsHaving a colleague that understand & willing to help each other & work as a team.
    The challengesThe benefit that we received from the company. We only get 14 days maximum per year for a leave. No paternity leave or leave if family member passed away. Need to work on Sat (half day) and if apply leave it will consider one day. The bonus that we received is based on our performance but on a letter stated it is based on company performance.
